What's On The Menu?
Every recipe is free from Dairy, Gluten, Soy, Corn and Egg. The recipes are paleo and low-histamine friendly, but not 100% of either...substitutions are provided. This is not a vegan course, but there are vegan substitutions for animal-based dishes that are labeled with “Veg Option” on the class description link below.
Of course every single recipe you'll learn is free from Gluten, Dairy, Egg, Corn and Soy. All the recipes will also give suggestions for low histamine. Recipes will be mostly vegetarian-friendly, but there may be a couple that cannot be converted. Most recipes are paleo, or paleo options are suggested, like caulirice instead of rice.
All of our recipes and meal suggestions have been taste-tested on my kids and our Take Back Your Health Retreat guests, with very positive results! Of course, everyone has individual food preferences, but I can assure you that you'll find lots of options that you love!
As a work-from-home mom of two toddlers, and someone who understands the pain and fatigue of chronic disease, I know dinner HAS to be quick and easy. The information and training you receive in this course will make nourishing yourself and your family much more pleasant and simple!
